Dr. Tara is thorough and extremely knowledgeable and was able to get to the root of my medical issues that other doctors weren't able to help me with. The Kaizen Centre is a happy, calm atmosphere and I leave feeling totally relaxed every time. I travel a far distance just to get there because I won't see another Chiropractor or Physical Therapist.. It's hard to find a doctor you trust, but I have found that with Kaizen! They are the best!
